Up-coming Shows!    If there is something in particular that you want to puchase at an  up-coming show - please call and let us know!  We can't bring all of our products to each show although we try!

 2010 Hostfest Minot North Dakota  September 28th through October 2nd Our friend Liz, of www.thorsfavorites will be representing us with some wonderful artwork as well as her Making Lefse DVD.  Please be sure to say hi, she will be located in Reykjavik Hall.

Scandinavian Heritage Festival at the Puyallup Fairgrounds October 8-10th will be wonderful and we hope to see you there!  Don't forget that Octoberfest is happening at the same time, so much to see and do, leave yourself plenty of time to enjoy the free entertainment!   

Spanaway Lake Christmas will be held at the newly renovated Spanaway Lake High School November 13 & 14.  We will be at booth 123 and hope to see you there.

 We are looking forward to YuleFest 2010 November 2010 at the Nordic Heritage Museum in Ballard WA November 20th and 21st  and will be processing pre-orders (for pick-up at the show) via telephone beginning in October.  As always a percentage of our sales at an event will support the non-profit.  We will be upstairs in the second gallery this year and hope to see you there!

    The wonderful Sons of Norway Lodge in Poulsbo and their guests are such wonderful hosts at their annual JuleFest Saturday December 4th 2010 we look forward to attending.

 We had a wonderful time at the annual Norway Day Festival hosted by the wonderful folks from Hovedstad Lodge, Sons of Norway and Prillar Guri Lodge, Daughters of Norway at the Thurston County Fairgrounds 2010.  It is great to see so many friends and enjoy such nice fellowship.   We look forward to attending April 16, 2011 from 10-5 and hope to see you there.   The address is 3054 Carpenter Rd., Olympia.  There will be music, dancing, food, fjord horses, vikings, giftware as well as artwork! 

We enjoyed being at Pacific Lutheran University for their Norwegian Heritage Festival  and plan on being their again in 2011 - date to be added.  A special thank you to Susan Young - for all of her work at the Cultural Center - we also enjoyed displaying quite a bit of Sharon's work for almost 3 months this spring.

Sunday June 27th was a wonderful day spent visiting St. Edwards Park to participate in Skandia Midsommarfest.  Once again Brian did a great job organizing this event and it was a lot of fun to participate in - the dancers were awesome!

Tivoli/Viking Days at the Nordic Heritage Museum in Ballard is always something to look forward to and we had a wonderful time with  the great folks at the museum and the people we met there.  We will put in 2011's date as soon as we receive it. 

We enjoy meeting so many wonderful people and sharing Sharon and Bob's artwork.

The Gammelgarden Museum in Scandia MN is showing"Echoes ofTraditions in the Trunk, Celebrating Swedish Folk Dress" .   We have collaborated with these wonderful folks there and have created a wonderful historically accurate coloring book.  The book is a perfect gift for any aspiring artist or just as a keepsake.

Sharon's lovely watercolors have been featured in three small mini-accordian booklets showcasing  Gotaland, Svealand and Norrland and their amazing textiles.  This is a convenient way to keep history and beauty at  your fingertips as it compact enough to travel well and light enough to send out as gifts.  Their lovely Butik will be offering many matted prints and notecards to take home and keep for your and your families enjoyment.  We are very excited to partner them in this endeavor and encourage you to come and visit if you are in the area!
